1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using HabitSumo (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms.
3. Subscriptions & Purchases
Premium features are offered via auto-renewing subscription or one-time purchase processed by Apple. Pricing is shown in the App before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
4. Your Content
Habit data you create belongs to you. If you enable cloud sync, you grant us the limited right to store and process that data solely to provide the sync service. You can export or delete your data at any time from within the App.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access it by unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, or reverse engineering it except where permitted by law.
6. Health Disclaimer
HabitSumo is a habit-tracking tool, not a medical device. Content in the App is for informational and motivational purposes only and is not medical advice.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
